Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Pacecraft app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pacecraft (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pacecraft provides AI-powered running coaching and training plan generation. The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze your workout history and provide personalized coaching advice.

3. Important Medical Disclaimer

AI COACH PROVIDES GENERAL FITNESS INFORMATION AND COACHING SUGGESTIONS ONLY. THE APP IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.

• Consult your doctor or a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, particularly if you have existing health conditions.
• Do not use coaching advice from the App to replace advice from a licensed medical professional.
• If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

4. Subscription Terms

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store using in-app purchases.
• Your subscription will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.

Free Trial

• If a free trial is offered, it will be specified at the time of purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

Cancellation

• You can manage and cancel your subscription in the App Store: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Use automated tools or scripts to access the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App in a way that could damage or overburden our servers

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. Upon termination, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period.

7. Intellectual Property

Pacecraft and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF REVENUE.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
